Anyways in case somebody knows English I'll include this in English as well because I'm much better at it then German and I'll probably explain it better. So gonna get my Masters Degree in a few months, and since there is literally no way to get work here, like most of my countrymen I'll have to look elsewhere. Preferable destination is Germany since I sort of know the language. I was told at the Goethe Institute in Sarajevo that my lvl is C1 which is really good. Besides that I'm fluent in English, currently learning French and Italian. So if anybody is willing to help, provide me with some information which could be useful for me I would very much appreciate it. I understand that as Germans you probably don't like foreigners taking your jobs but It's a tough world out there. I would be very very very thankful if somebody would say anything that could help since by googling online I don't see much useful information. Thank you in advance.
Vielen Dank im voraus. Schone grusse. |

Hey,
first of all: your German is good Not perfect but good enough to start in Germany. In most cases the scientific language is English any way and yours is excellent. So I see no problems from this perspective.
However, you wrote in the german translation that you have no practical experience (Leider habe ich keine praktische erfahrung und dass wird mir nicht helfen). Is it right that you have no lab experience? Because this will be a problem for you (as you already wrote)... In Germany we are trained at most universities in practical and "theoretical" work.
In the field of academia and science it's common to work at an international level. So there is no issue regarding "taking your jobs"
Unfortunatley I'm not in the field of microbiology (at least not in the commen sense ). Thus, I can't provide you with precise help. But you could think about a PhD in Germany. I guess you have no chance in industry without lap experience.
The DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) offers the opportunity for PhD grants and provides general information. https://www.daad.de/de/
I hope I could help you |
