Hi,
Cortisol und Aldosteron sind beides Steroidhormone und binden als solche an intrazelluläre Rezeptoren. Da der Mineralcorticoidrezeptor sowohl Aldosteron als auch Cortisol binden kann, wird in Cortisol in nurAldosteron respionsiven Zellen in Cortison umgewandelt, welches nicht an den Mineralcorticoidrezeptor binden kann.
Soweit so gut.
Wie ist es jetzt im umgekehrten Fall?
Kann Aldosteron auch an Glucocorticoidrezeptoren binden? Und wenn ja wird es auch in nur cortisolresponsiven zellen auch inaktiviert?
