Meine Frage:
Guten Tag,
aus dem IMAT-Test 2015:
In the nerve cells of a person, a gene has two alleles, 'A' amd 'a', present. For this person, which row correctly shows the alleles present in all three different situations given in the table?
Die richtige Antwort aus der Tabelle ist:
Stem cell starting to specialise into a liver cell: Aa
Cell at the start of mitosis: AAaa
Cell at the start of meiosis 1: AAaa
Meine Ideen:
Ich erkläre mir das so, dass die Zelle am Anfang von Mitose und Meiose zwei homologe Chromosomen hat, auf denen das Gen liegt. Auf dem einen AA, auf dem anderen aa.
Bei der Stammzelle ist der Zustand (2n, 2c), sie hat also Ein-Chromatid-Chromosomen.
Ist das richtig?
Außerdem lese ich in meinem Bio-Buch, dass bei vielen Zellen die G1-Phase den längsten Teil des Zellzyklus einnimmt (z. B. bei Hautzellen, Leberzellen). Das heißt, der Zustand ist meistens (2n, 2c), da die DNA erst in der S-Phase verdoppelt wird, oder?
